Insulation, Dry Lining and Plastering

With the roof on and windows and doors fitted, we can now install insulation, and complete dry lining (installation of plasterboard) and then apply plaster.

The walls and ceiling have insulation fitted.

Rockwool insulation is added to provide both heat and acoustic insulation. Next, we use a rigid insulation board.

Insulation is fitted into the roof and the wall cavity.

The dry liners install the plasterboard.

With the plasterboard in place, the plasterers form a curved edge over the join.

Wearing stilts, the plasterer applies plaster to the ceiling.
